Privacy Policy

Story Hub is a Telegram bot that lets you connect supported social accounts and publish a Story only after you choose a destination and confirm the action.

We process your Telegram numeric identifier, language, and the optional username, first name and last name supplied by Telegram; identifiers and authorization grants for accounts you connect; media and metadata you choose to import or send; publication results; and limited security and diagnostic records.

We use this data only to operate the service, perform actions you request, protect accounts, prevent duplicate publications, troubleshoot failures and comply with lawful obligations. We do not sell personal data and do not publish automatically.

The service includes encrypted credential storage, but public connected-account access and remote-platform media processing are currently disabled. Credential revocation, account disconnection and media-object deletion will be implemented and tested before those features receive public data. During controlled early access, verified privacy and deletion requests are reviewed manually. Limited security and audit records without raw media or reusable credentials may be retained for up to one year.

Infrastructure and connected platforms may process data in countries other than yours. We minimize transferred data and use encrypted transport. You must connect only accounts you own or are authorized to administer.

You may request access, correction, disconnection or deletion using the instructions on the Data Deletion page. We may retain only records required for security, disputes or law and will explain any applicable exception.
